Rose Geranium ... Pelargonium capitatum, Cape Rose geranium has traditionally been known to help balance hormones as well as help alleviate PMS related symptoms. It is also one of the most fragrant essential oils available and is used extensively in the perfumery and cosmetics industry. Rose geranium essential oil smells richly of roses and is obtained from the attractive plant with dark, deeply segmented leaves and pale pink flowers brushed with deep fuchsia.
